SINGLE FAMILY HOUSE

This house was projected to be built on urbanization on Curridabat, Central Valley

. Designed for a yupi profile client, the solid on the exterior and spatially dynamic on its interior was a demand.

As an answer to this, using existing levels, a concrete and brick structure was designed; on its interior, different levels were established around a central circulation. this allows for a different design for each area, and to provoke diagonal and height relations.
