ROSERO HOUSE
This house is located on the skirts of Irazu Volcano, Central Valley.
The house is divided on two independent covered areas: bedrooms on a longitudinal volume, and the living room as a leisure place, with a warming chimney an a terrace open to the valley views, under which is located a service area (garage and workshop).
On response to the existing topography and as an answer to bad soil conditions, a light steel structure was used to build the house.
A curved green roof used to mimics the volume to the surroundings.
This house was designed with Bruno Stagno arquitectos y asociados office.
