LUNA DE MIEL HOUSE

This house is located on Playas del Coco, Guanacaste.

Clients are scuba diving professionals; so water was an essential issue for design. Following this, a suite was designed connected to a spiraling patio around an existing tree; accessible from the bathroom.

On response to a high water level, the house is isolated from the floor by a concrete base, and the concrete walls are protected from the sun by large overhangs.
