MONTE REAL CONDOMINIUM

This condominium of four units, located in Cuidad Cariari, San Jose, was designed for as a commercial investment. Natural light and ventilation were incorporated into clean and contemporary spaces.

The different areas are distributed around a central double height space, what makes the interior of the house more dynamic.

This project was designed with the architect Fernado Gomez Cuétara.
