ARCHITECTURE
Architecture fees and scope of work:
Professional Fees are calculated with the legal percentages of Colegio Federado de Ingenieros y Arquitectos de Costa Rica, these are directly related to the estimated final project cost and payable in finished work stages.
The scope and stages of the architectural work to be done is the following:
- The first stage consists of developing a Pre-Project. This stage is a process of communication between the client and the architect. It includes floor plans, sections, and elevations as well as structural, and electro-mechanical criteria. Drawings are submitted for revision and optimization of the pre-project.
- The second stage consists of once approved the Pre-Project, developing a full set of Construction Drawings. These include complete architectural, structural and electro-mechanical solutions, encompassing large and small scales to solve details. With this set of documents we proceed to get the construction permit.
- The third stage is the On-site Supervision. Luz de Piedra S.A. is responsible for the on-site supervision and coordination with the necessary professionals during the entire construction process.
